Robert is originally from Toronto Ontario but was raised in Napanee. 

 

I started playing piano at the age of 7, which was my introduction to music. At age 14 I started songwriting, after being inspired by a freestyle rap, I performed at school. 

 

Music is my outlet; it is my way of expressing my emotions, and talking about my experiences, in a positive way, in the songs I create.  I want my music to inspire others, as it inspires me, and make a positive impact in people’s lives, and puts a smile on their face. 

 

I have been told that my music is powerful. As an individual with, what other’s categories as a disability, I don’t let that stop me from bringing my positive vibes to the world, mainly to inspires others, with intellectual disabilities, to break barriers and go beyond the building to reach their dreams. 

 

A few years ago, I started to work with Ryan Lewis, and elevation music studio, and he has helped polish my songs, to prepare them for release.

 

I expect to be releasing my very first single on May 26th 2023.
